Returns: Coupons can be returned for a 50% refund within 10 days of purchase.  Return payment will be credited back within 10 days after requested. Holder surrenders all rights to coupon at that time.

If your service or product is not what you wanted.  Please send in writing a explanation of the problem and we will examine on a case by case basis any problems you encountered.
